Computer Operations General Information The mission of the Computer Operations Department is to analyze, design, develop, implement and support computer applications for most departments in Bladen County. Our staff works closely with these departments to identify computer solutions for various needs. The majority of our applications have been designed and developed by Computer Operations. Most departments interact easily with each other. We have developed a permits software system that incorporates all of our permitting into one system. This had been extremely valuable to our users and the public. The Major applications in service today are listed below:
