                    HELPFUL TIPS
Please answer the questions at the beginning of Section C: "Are you a Citizen?" and "Will you be 18 before the next election?" ( if these questions are not answered we cannot process your application)

Please use FULL names (first, middle/maiden, Last), no initials

Please be sure to give your COMPLETE residence address AND your correct Mailing address.  (If mail is returned your record could become inactive)

ID Requirements: ( New Applicants)
Please provide your NC Drivers License number or NC issued ID card number.  If you have neither of these, please provide a copy of a current utility bill, bank statement, or other document with your name and current address.  If you provide no ID to us, you will need to bring one of these choices with you on election day. 

Be sure to SIGN the application as we cannot process any forms without your signature.

Once registered you will be mailed a voter information card as confirmation of your registration.  (If you do not receive this card in the mail within a few weeks, please call this office.)
